Privacy Policy

Effective November 4, 2026

The short version: this website has no forms, accounts, or tracking cookies, and we don't sell or share your personal information. If you call us, we use what you tell us to give you an estimate and do the work.

Who we are

This policy covers the website for Tarantino Electric ("we," "us," or "our"), a licensed electrical contractor in California (LIC.#1136500). It explains what information is collected when you visit this site or contact us, and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you browse this site. We don't ask you for any personal information, and the site has no contact forms, logins, or tracking cookies. Like nearly every website, the services that deliver it automatically receive basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you request, and the time of your visit.

When you call or text us. If you contact us by phone, we collect what you choose to share, typically your name, phone number, service address, and details about the electrical work you need. Our phone service may also keep a record of your number and the time of the call.

When you hire us. If you become a customer, we keep the records needed to do the job and run our business, such as estimates, invoices, payment records, permits, and inspection documents.

Service providers that receive technical data

These providers handle that data under their own privacy policies. We don't receive it in a form that identifies you.

How we use information

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We only share it when it's needed to do your job or required by law. Examples include building departments and inspectors for permits, suppliers or utility companies involved in your project, our accountants and insurers, and anyone a court or law requires us to share it with.

How long we keep it

We keep customer and job records for as long as we need them to support our work and warranties, and as long as tax, licensing, and other laws require. Information from calls that don't turn into a job is kept only as long as it's useful for following up.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and California privacy rights

You can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we're legally required to keep. To make a request, call us at (818) 305-4255. We'll confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we won't treat you differently for making one.

California residents may also ask whether we have shared personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We have not.

Do Not Track. This site doesn't track visitors across other websites, so it doesn't change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals.

Children

This site is meant for adults arranging electrical work. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Links to other sites

This site may link to websites we don't control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top of this page.
